Compensation

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zuces from any claims, liabilities, expenses and damages, including attorneys' fees and costs, made by third parties related to: (a) the use or attempted use of the Services that violate these Terms; (b) the violation, by you, of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other property rights.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Services are managed by Zuces, a product of Sinergyz LLC located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You expressly agree to the personal jurisdiction of and exclusive venue in the federal and state courts located and serving Miami-Dade County, Florida as the legal forum for such disputes.

Registered Trademark and Copyright

Zuces respects the intellectual property rights of our partner institutions, instructors, and other third parties, and expects our users to do the same when using our Services.

Zuces also respects the trademark rights of others. Accounts that have content that deceive others or that violate the trademark of others, may be updated, suspended, disabled or canceled by Zuces. Trial periods

To avoid a fee during a free trial promotion, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. Once the trial period has ended, we will automatically charge for the Service enabled during the trial.

Zuces Refund Policy

Plans

Zuces does not offer refunds of the payment related to the monthly plans if you cancel your subscription. You will continue to have access until the end of the purchased period, but you will not receive a refund, voucher, or any other similar refund method.
